A dental implant replaces a missing tooth from the root up: a small titanium fixture integrates with the jaw, and a crown made to match your own teeth is fitted on top. The result is fixed, does not rely on the neighbouring teeth, and is cared for much like a natural tooth. It is considered dentistry at its most permanent — which is why the planning stage matters so much.

Plan in three dimensions
A consultation with 3D imaging where needed, an honest assessment of bone and gum health, and a written plan with staged fees before anything is booked.

Place and heal
The implant is placed in a planned, unhurried appointment; over the following weeks it integrates quietly with the bone while a temporary keeps you smiling.

Restore
Once integration is confirmed, the final crown is made, matched and fitted — checked against your bite and only finished when it feels right.
Good to know
Not every mouth is ready for an implant on day one — sometimes gum treatment or bone grafting comes first, and it is better to hear that honestly at the consultation than to discover it later. Well-maintained implants routinely serve for decades.
